Stephen Choi joined Arnold Gallagher from an east coast firm, where he was primarily engaged in litigation for various civil matters. Prior to that role he prosecuted both felony and misdemeanor charges at the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office, including several bench trials before the Philadelphia Municipal Court. Stephen’s experience includes commercial and residential landlord tenant cases and complex civil litigation cases, including professional malpractice, torts, and data breach matters.
Stephen is a double Eagle, having attended Boston College for both his undergraduate and juris doctorate degrees, graduating with honors. He also served in the Peace Corps from 2015 to 2017, stationed in Zunyi, Guizhou China for the duration of his term. He is fluent in English, Spanish, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese.
Stephen is admitted to practice in Oregon, New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.
